Ways to Maximize the Proclamation

I'm going to email out the wording of the Proclamation for those two libraries that didn't make the Commissioners' meeting. Please look for it!

From today's meeting you need to be aware of the best, quickest, most effective ways to maximize today's Proclamation:

* website;
* framed copy at your circulation desk;
* press release about the Proclamation and "Fine Free Week" (NLW, April 12-18).
* DISTRIBUTE a copy of the editorial and the Proclamation at your next board meeting!
* Handwrite a thank-you note to the three county commissioners;
* Use the Proclamation as an insert to any letters mailed to opinion leaders or funders during April.
* Do you have a newsletter, sandwich board, billboard, sign that you can post the information?
* Other ideas?
